OUR ACTIVITIES

The Kyanno Foundation has been running a number of activities for over a year and a half now, but wants to expand these with the help of you as a regular sponsor. Below you can see which activities we do and what we would like to do more.

 

FOOD PACKS
We send at least 25 boxes  containing foofstuffs  a year to orphanages, boarding schools and families in need. Foodstuffs that we have received or bought ourselves with the money that has been donated. Everything in the package is new.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Under the motto "every child deserves a good start in the new school year". When applying for this, various institutions receive our school packages. The content varies and is adapted to age and to which group/class they go.

SHOPPING GIFT CARDS

This year we started a pilot only for the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to qualify for a gift card with a value of €35,-p/m  that you can use at 3 different supermarkets.

SUPPORT VARIOUS PROJECTS

  • We support both our own projects and those of third parties:
  • fundraising campaigns;
  • Volunteer action
  • Helping buy school uniforms for underprivileged children;
  • Supporting families in need in various churches.

CHARITY DAY  5 SEPTEMBER

Every year we organize Charityday in one of our working areas. Charityday is a day where you pay extra attention to your fellow man.

DAYCARE CENTER FOR AFTER SCHOOL
What do we want to do?
We want to help vulnerable families to give their primary school children the opportunity to go to after-school care. This creates more space for the parents to work longer and normal hours. This gives the families more room in their finances.
